In-house Photographer

The In-House Photographer will play a pivotal role in showcasing our brand's essence through compelling visual content through multiple digital output.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in various photography styles, including landscape, portrait, architectural, and lifestyle.
- Ability to use professional photography equipment and software effectively.
- Capture high-quality images of resort facilities, accommodations, dining, events, and recreational activities.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand content for our website, social media, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet our quality and style standards.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to align photography with marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent visual brand identity.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots, including location scouting and setup.
- Ensure all photography equipment is properly maintained.
- Able to work on weekends and evenings as required for events and special occasions.
- Be adaptable and open to occasional travel to different resort locations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in landscape, architecture, and lifestyle photograph

**Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in landscape, architecture, and lifestyle photography.
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends is a plus
