Compliance Generalist

SoftwareSeni is a Software Development Company based in Yogyakarta & Sydney, Australia. We have been designing and developing phone apps, websites, and mobile experiences. We love solving tough problems - from user experience to design and code.

We build enterprise web-based solutions for clients all over the world, from Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Africa, and America. Our clients from Indonesia: Astra International, Traveloka, Angkasa Pura, Peduli Anak Foundation. Our clients from Australia: Bike Exchange, Downsizing, Red Balloon, Sectara, and many more.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Law and certified of Peradi is advantage
- Proven work experience as a Compliance/legal for at least 3 years
- Work experience in a service industry and IT-related industry
- Advanced level English
- Familiarity with Google Suites (Google Doc, Google Spreadsheet, and Google Slide); knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level attention to details
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Able to work in a team
- Comfortable working with an overseas client

**Responsibilities**
- Legal Drafting & Review (Contracts/MSA/SSA/SoW/NDA)
- General Affairs
- Day-to-day activity of operations including attendance reports and records
- Compliance with employee relation
- Manage documents and letters of numbers
- Handle master data of ISO 27001
- Handle building maintenance
