**About work**仕事内容について**:

- Manage and operate the collection project team.
- Collection project progress management and plan execution, Confirm that collection is proceeding according to plan.,
- Make necessary adjustments and plan to achieve collection volume goals. quality management, When collecting natural rubber raw materials, supervise whether supervisors check the measurements and quality are in accordance with the rules., Take steps to prevent fraud and maintain transparency in collection processes.
- Team management, Manage the collection team, including supervisor, and support team members to work efficiently and effectively., Facilitate communication within the team and provide quick solutions when issues arise.
- Cooperation with external parties, Maintain relationships with carriers and collectors to ensure a smooth collection process., Collaborate with processing factories to ensure efficient delivery.
- Reporting and documentation, Regularly report to the boss.
- Interpretation work, Interpreting to facilitate communication
