- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments (Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.; provide input and insights regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to support the development of products and marketing initiatives).
- Stay updated with industry trends.
- Present sales strategies and results.
- Budgeting and forecasting (collaborates with the finance department to develop sales budgets and forecasts; Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales projections to estimate future sales revenues and expenses, ensuring that sales targets are aligned with financial objectives).
- Continuously improve sales processes.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
- Min. 3 years of experience in the similar role.
- A proven track record of success in attracting Banking, Multifinance / FSI clients.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders; skilled in networking, customer relationship management, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Adaptable and open to change. Able to embrace new technologies, sales methodologies, and market trends to stay competitive.
