**JOB DETAIL**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the implementation of HSE System/procedures at Berlian Dumai Logistics (BDL) project are well implemented and in accordance with BDL Policy.
- Key person to achieve HSE target for BDL.
- Responsible for HSE audit in BDL.
- Develop HSE plan and target/goal for BDL department yearly basis
- Evaluate the HSE target achievement in the quarterly basis
- Ensuring that adequate resources are available within the HSE section including providing of necessary training.
- Visit BDL project in regular basis to review the HSE implementation.
- Provide necessary inputs for improvement of HSE performance in BDL.
- Work with the project and operation team to develop HSE Plan in detail for implementation in the project and office.
- Provide analysis of HSE services for project and operation sections
- Provide HSE advice and assistance to the BDL Dept. Head and PIC in project.
- Review operational procedures and work instructions (which involve HSE aspects) and identify any HSE issues to ensure compliance with any applicable requirements.
- Assign HSE Officers in the shipyard during FSO/FPSO conversion and at site during FSO/FPSO Operation to ensure all HSE aspects are implemented.
- Ensure Tool Box Meeting, JSA and other Safety Meeting are well coordinated and attended.
- Ensure safety drills are performed as per HSE Plan and advise of any necessary improvement.
- Work closely with MR, Environmental Managements System Committee, Occupational Health & Safety Committee, and ER Team to identify occupational hygiene and environmental issues and/or conducting relevant surveys assessment.
- Coordinate technical HSE training sessions/programs for all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of HSE Standards and its relevance to business objectives.
- Conduct HSE audit during project and operation phases.
- Carry out investigation and appropriate reporting on major accidents and incidents.
- Liaising closely with personnel (both project and office), to provide technical advice and support in managing HSE implementation including required action

**JOB QUALIFICATION**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any major.
- Minimal 4 years working experiences in related field, preferably in Offshore, Oil & Gas Industry.
- Having K3 Certificate issued by MIGAS.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Having knowledge of:

- Familiar with CSMS, HSE Plan, JSA, Tool box meeting, SWA & SSWA, Lifting Plan & others related documents.
- Understand Safety & Environmental regulation especially at lifting operation.
- Safety, Health and Environmental standards applicable to the industry, including Government of Indonesia & International Regulations.
- Understanding of Safety Case requirements, risk assessment and safety management systems.
- Proficiency in supervising safety, health and environment functions of an operational nature.
- Administering safety and health training programs.
- Auditing.
- Computer literate.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, good interpersonal relationship, continuous improvement, able to analyze and use sound judgement, planning and organizing, orientation to detail, concern to order, work efficiently, Interpersonal persuasiveness ability.
