**Salary**: up to IDR 20 Million per month

**Requirement**:
+ Having 7 years strong Operation & Maintenance Projects Business Development working experiences in Oil & Gas, Processing/Petrochemical/Refinery, Mining or other related projects/industries

+ Identify upcoming opportunities for both short term and long term as per company's target

+ Liaise professional relationship with clients and partners on regular basis to update Management on status of identified growth opportunities

+ Coordination with other departments as appropriate in relation to strategic proposals, projects, legal, financing, tax, or other issues

+ Support marketing intelligence activities, market study, and industrial trend as input to Management to determine strategies

+ Support HOD Business Development during execution of proposals and tendering to coordinate interfacing with clients and partners and other stakeholders as required

+ Strong communication, organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously also having ability to maintain confidentiality/handle sensitive information with discretion

+ Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering/Project Management disciplines

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Business Development in Oil & Gas and Mining O&M projects: 7 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
