**Job Description**:

- Assess and give recommendation based on audience/target market of our artist and their Social Media platforms
- Crafting highly effective wording to boost conversion rate in various digital marketing activation (newsletter, smartlink, and media buying assets)
- Monitoring the digital performance based on content creation relate to artist’ release campaign plan
- Provide data analytic for targeted artists in their Social Media and Video Platform (Youtube and Tiktok)
- Check Artist’s Social Media in Pre-Release H-12 and Post Release according to planned
- Regulary monitor Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in Social Media (include Tiktok) and share the update to team
- Update internal with the trend in social media locally in Instagram, Tiktok, and other platforms

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Passionate about Music and all things Digital and Social Media
- Excellent knowledge of audience building and online promotion strategies
- Data driven & results oriented, with demonstrable ability to analyse and use data as advantage
- Knowledgeable about market trends, music industry developments, and digital innovations
- Well organized, structured; able to follow process and monitor budgets
- Highly motivated and organized with excellent time management skills
- Capable of juggling various projects at the same time
- A team player with creative ideas and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English & local native language
