Job Summary
The incumbent holding this position will be responsible to manage the procurement unit that support all operational activities of the office, office physical asset management, safety working environment in order for all activities to run smoothly and properly, within the expected time.
Key Responsibilities Manage the procurement process of all work equipment needs as well as other supporting facilities Prepare budget for the procurement and maintenance of the entire facility and support activities for the office and then submitted to the finance department to be budgeted and approved. Establish contact with vendors or suppliers of goods and services facility / office facilities as well as assist in handling the complaint on the vendor / supplier including follow up of payment / invoice or contract with the relevant parties Perform maintenance activities on all office facilities and support facilities. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the procurement and office maintenance facilities to support business process. Ensure all transactions within General Affairs Department follow the policy/guidelines set by Company, Regional/Global, and Regulatory as relevant. To fulfil any additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business. Adhere to the policy and procedure related of risk management, compliance, legal and other departments as per company’s direction. Responsible for expense and budget management accordingly.
