**About the Company**:
Our client is a large listed group within fast paced Retail industry sector. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for experienced IT Head with strong background in Retail Industry based in Jakarta
- IT Support and Services on Incident Management, Service Request, Reporting Delivery - SLA Based
- Oversee and approve business reports development (based on Reporting & Analytics department’s request) and reporting delivery timeliness
- Fulfil the gap between user’s expectations and current IT capabilities to be converted to business requirements, by engaging users to get their perspective and identify if technology investment is required
- Plan to decrease misunderstanding between IT team and users by sharing technical information through system for documentation (e.g. develop a knowledgebase library in a system)
- Experienced in IT Store/Bazaar Projects to oversee store installation projects to ensure it runs properly and timely (especially for store opening or renovation) e.g. music on laptop installation, Telkom installation, network changes, etc.
- To report and oversee (and also produce) reports for all IT activities, such as progress report, asset management reports and weekly IT Support Portfolio report
- Experienced in Management Service to facilitate brand principal’s requests in regard to IT system
- Deliver the consultancy, advisory, training and data points of IT aspects to business units
- Oversee vendor’s performance result and escalate to IT corporate if necessary
- Lead the team to achieve the target, and review for IT Team’s performance (Performance Appraisal); discuss with team member if there is any member that not satisfied with the result

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in in computer science or IT; Master’s degree is a plus
- 10-12 years related experience, preferably 3-5 years’ current experience as a GM, or equivalent
- Strong IT skills (IT Strategic Planning & Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT service management (ITSM), IT data analytic, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), IT Security and Risk Management, Network Governance, IT Project Management), Mobile technology and Cloud Computing
- Certifications: IT Information Library (IT IL), optional: TOGAF, PMP, COBIT
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, communication skills, and the ability to work well with people at every level and in every department are essential
