**Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan**:
- Mengembangkan lingkungan kerja "achievement oriented" untuk seluruh karyawan.
- Membantu dalam pengembangan perusahaan dengan selalu aktif dalam mencari peluang bisnis yang baru.
- Membantu Manager dalam memecahkan masalah berupa komplain client.
- Melakukan peninjauan performa karyawan.
- Mengembangkan pengetahuan dan skill karyawan.
**Kualifikasi**:
- Pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun pada level Manajerial
- Pendidikan mínimal S1 (diutamakan berasal dari jurusan Bisnis/Management/Secretary)
- Memiliki pengetahuan luar biasa pada legal dokumen untuk peraturan dan regulasi di Indonesia
- Memiliki sikap kepemimpinan, manajemen karyawan, mentoring dan coaching yang baik
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris baik dalam lisan maupun tulisan
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline dan pressure dari perusahaan
- Proaktif, self-motivated, dan self-directed
