Monitor QA processes and review Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to ensure alignment with quality standards.

Manage the QA team's workload, rotate team members as needed to balance workload, and manage expectations with project managers regarding QA workload.

Design and create automation frameworks for both UI and backend testing, prioritizing tasks based on project requirements.

Prepare and maintain test environments to support QA activities.

Preparing test environment.

Collaborate with developers to obtain necessary data sets for testing purposes.

Participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure that software meets user requirements.

Support, design, develop, and enhance test processes and reporting for QA processes.

Lead and mentor QA team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

At least 5+ years quality assurance experience in Agile Development environments.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.

High-level analytical and critical thinking skills.

Attention to detail.

Managerial experience preferred.

Familiarity with scripting languages used in test automation is a big plus.

Having QA certification will be an advantage.

Full time and work from home.
