identify and organise career market and job fair presence and university/school drives

control time presence, sickleave and annual leave records and prepare stats for mgmt

craft the GA/HR departments standard operational processes to ensure the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place

write and submit reports to the GM and owners in all matters of importance

get things done and take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, staff admin and training

research trainings and classes for staff to learn, grow and progress faster

set-up regular staff events, present ideas, book venues, organize transportation, manage expenses and reports

write monthly corporate news and articles on activities in the company

manage Employee of the Month voting, rewards, picture, articles

prepare and supervise quarterly and annual Employee Assessments and Performance Boni and OKR cycle execution

show strong communication skills and excellent, error-free written English
4+ years proven experience in Human Resources and Personnel Management

Understanding of business functions in GA, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations with ok technical understanding

Working knowledge of OKR framework, goal setting and alignment, data analysis and performance/operation metrics

Outstanding organizational abilities and value for Administration and Documentation

Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English

Ability to work effectively with internal leaders

Bachelor degree in business administration or management
