**Working at NTT**

The Quality and Compliance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the quality of ICTI services. This position does this by ensuring the control and governance of incident and change request management is conducting efficiently and effectively.

**Key Role and Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional review on incident and change request in terms of planning, risk evaluation and mitigation
- Contribute to the collection of evidence and conduct of formal audits and/or reviews of activities
- Examine records for evidence that appropriate testing and quality control activities have taken place
- Determine compliance with organisational directives, standards and procedures and identifies non-compliance, non-conformances, and abnormal occurrences
- Plan, organise and conduct assessment activity and determine whether appropriate quality control and compliance has been applied
- Determine the risks associated with findings and non-compliance and proposes corrective actions
- Provide advice and guidance in the use of organisational standards related to maintenance of ICTI services
- Control on incident and change request management efficiently and effectively
- Liaise with internal parties for improvement and mitigation for customer complaint
- Perform evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments
- Identifies areas of potential loss or damage for current and proposed business and financial operations, processes, structures and cyber-risk exposure and quantifies impact
- Implement and evaluate compliance with business and cyber risk-reduction policies, processes and standards
- Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Monitor, identify, investigate, and analyze all response activities related to cybersecurity incidents within the organization
- Respond to cybersecurity incidents related to ICTI services
- Conduct threat analysis as directed and addresses detected incidents
- Evaluate event flows to identify common risks and vulnerabilities to develop and implement solutions
- Assist with security audits, risk analysis, network forensics and penetration testing
- Aid in monitoring the security of all designated ICTI networks and systems
- Achieve product and engineering compliance by executing compliance programs and completing documentation
- Prevent compliance issues by collaborating with engineering planning and design teams, reviewing design data, and developing compliance policies
- Identify and resolve product and engineering design issues by identifying short-term and long-range issues
- Develop and evaluates new compliance methodologies
- Determine compliance by establishing compliance test standards, conducting and witnessing tests, performing diagnostic procedures, measuring performance, analyzing and evaluating findings, and performing forensic analysis and troubleshooting of failures
- Attain compliance by isolating and resolving compliance issues, recommending product and process changes, and initiating engineering change orders
- Prepare compliance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing measurement data and trends
- Enhance engineering and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
