**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and engaging individual to become the face of **Pirate Dinner Cruise**, taking on the role of our brand mascot. Dressed as a pirate, you will interact with guests to create a fun, immersive, and memorable experience during our pirate-themed dinner cruises. This role is perfect for someone with a lively personality, a love for performance, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Interaction**:

- Greet and interact with guests in character as the Pirate Dinner Cruise mascot.
- Pose for photos, engage in playful banter, and ensure guests feel welcomed and entertained.

**2. Thematic Performance**:

- Participate in pirate-themed skits, activities, and storytelling sessions to enhance the immersive experience.
- Dance and perform with the crew and dancers during the entertainment segments of the trip.

**3. Ambassadorial Role**:

- Represent the Pirate Dinner Cruise brand positively and authentically during cruises and at promotional events.
- Maintain enthusiasm and energy throughout the trip, regardless of guest demographics.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the entertainment team, dancers, and crew to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Support other team members during special events, games, or celebrations onboard.

**5. Costume Maintenance**:

- Take care of the pirate costume and props, ensuring they are always in excellent condition

**6. Guest Engagement**:

- Encourage guest participation in activities, such as dancing, games, or themed storytelling.
- Ensure guests of all ages, from children to adults, are engaged and entertained.

**Qualifications**:

- Outgoing, charismatic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to dance and perform basic choreography (experience in dancing or acting is a plus).
- Comfortable wearing a pirate costume and staying in character throughout the event.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Physically fit, as the role involves movement and occasional energetic performances.
- Prior experience in performance, hospitality, or guest engagement is preferred but not required.
