Supplier Acquisition Horticulture

Responsibilities:

- Finding and recruiting new farmers partner
- Negotiate & maintain good relationship with farmers
- Evaluate farmers performance and quality
- Socialization and communication Eden's specification book to farmers partner
- Analyze farmers partner's products capability

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (Agribusiness is preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in related industries
- Have a background in Start-up company is a plus
- Able to speak local language is a plus
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Analytical & strategic thinking abilities
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Capable to work in a fast-paced environment

Gaji: Rp3.000.000 - Rp4.000.000 per bulan
