Sqa Specialist

In order to support the **Quality** department at our Plant in **Kumanovo**, we are searching for **Incoming Goods Specialist** who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success

**Tasks**:

- Manage complaints and coordinate relevant activities, including problem analysis, blocking procedures and defect correction processes
- Analyze supplier-related quality data including reporting and documentation or with complaint conformity check
- Initiate and comply with the necessary escalations
- Support and advise external sorting and rework companies
- Develop and improve activities based on guidelines, specific standards and requirements
- Monitor incoming operations in the materials receiving inspection process, and timely handling of the testing/inspection requests

**Profile**:

- University degree
- 1 year experience in incoming goods or similar work with supplier
- English language is a must; knowledge of the German language is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the MS Office Package, QSYS, PLOSSYS, HOST
- Knowledge of the 8-D complaints handling
- Knowledge of root-cause analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5-why)
