- Finish and check all MEP installation based on shop drawing, material approval, quality plan and master schedule before execution on site.
- Manage the number of MEP defect in joint survey.
- Manage timeliness of work on tenants for damages to total tenant complaints.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma Degree in related major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related position (high rise project / apartment).
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
