About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Execute procedure to capture planning and budgeting framework and communicate clearly to each PIC

Perform discussion with each cost center/department in planning and budgeting, challenge the number to be able to forecast as close as possible to actual number

Monitor and analyze the cost incurred on monthly basis

Prepare monthly report between actual vs budget to each cost center owner

Discuss with user for monthly report actual vs budget and to monitor whether the total budget is enough to cover the full year cost

Assess the necessary of accrual, and other accounting treatment to each PIC, therefore budget process can run smoothly

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance or Budget & Control area
- Experience as external auditor in Public Accountant Firm would be an advantage
- Knowledge in IFRS is preferred
- Strong analytical skill
- Able to work independently or in a team and be able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
