- Graduated from reputable university, bachelor's degree/master's degree from majority engineering/mechanical/industry/technical
- At least 5 years of experience in cable optic manufacturing Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment & Aggressively work
- Can use and operate microsoft office
- Willingess to be located in Karawang Timur
