As the Spare Parts Head, you will be responsible for managing our spare parts inventory, ensuring that all necessary components are available to support maintenance and repair operations efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional training in inventory management or supply chain is a plus.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related role, preferably in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry.
- Possess strong knowledge of spare parts and components related to trucks and heavy vehicles.
- Have experience with inventory management systems and tools to track and optimize stock levels.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the inventory of spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels to support maintenance and repair needs.
- Manage procurement processes for new parts, negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, usage, and stock levels, ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Collaborate with maintenance and logistics teams to identify spare parts requirements and prioritize orders.
