**What you will do**:

- Planning and execution of influencer campaigns to drive performance of conversion and supporting marketing/brand to boost awareness of the Brand itself;
- Identify, draft list, outreach, and maintain communication with existing and potential new influencer partners;
- Own an influencer marketing strategy, and leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow;
- Measure influences channel's performance, analyze and take measures to optimize and improve their performance;
- Monitoring, Evaluating, and reporting existing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships, also executing initiatives to improve the campaign's success

**What we expect**:

- Having a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the influencer marketing field;
- Experiences running successful integrated marketing campaigns and a real thirst for the marketing ecosystem;
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign performance measurement;
- A problem solver with a can-do spirit with the ability to think strategically and laterally;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (knowing how to professionally and positively manage relationships, entertaining, and communications);
- Deep knowledge and understanding of online community /social media platforms and behaviors, and influencer marketing management;
- Able to work independently and in a team, and oversee tasks from Jr. Team Member.
- Have excellent time management, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills;
- A good connection with influencers or digital agencies is a plus.
