**Position Overview**:
Designing and creating distinctive fabric designs that are in accordance with current trends and satisfy the requirements of our clients is the responsibility of the Fabric Designer. This position entails collaborating closely with the design team to develop novel têxtile techniques, select color palettes, and create patterns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop original fabric patterns and prints, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends.
- Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive fabric collections for various product lines.
- Select appropriate fabrics and color palettes to enhance each design concept.
- Conduct research on current têxtile and fashion trends to ensure designs are modern and innovative.
- Work with production teams to ensure fabric designs are feasible and can be effectively reproduced.
- Oversee the sampling process, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the final product meets design specifications.
- Maintain organized records of fabric designs, samples, and production techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Fabric Designer or in a related role within the têxtile industry.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent artistic skills, with a keen eye for color, texture, and detail.
- Strong understanding of fabric types, weaving techniques, and dyeing processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A degree in têxtile design, fashion design, or a related field is preferred.
