Responsible for managing, providing problem solving and distributing (if escalation is needed) for each report and request that comes from users;
Managing hardware and software maintenance to support the smooth running of business processes as well as learning and teaching at UMN;
Responsible for administration and inventory support for PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment;
Manage accounts for all services provided by UMN.
Minimum possess associate degree in Computer or Electrical

Preferably have an interest or experience in the field of technology, communication and information

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills
