BIMS - Monitoring Support:
BIMS Monitoring Support Team is responsible in providing the Front Office Monitoring support services for a large and diverse client base in the financial services industry, including retail and institutional brokerage firms, global banks, mutual funds, annuity companies and institutional investors. The team also provide Monitoring services to corporate issuers and deliver a broad range of solutions that help clients better serve their retail and institutional customers across the entire investment lifecycle, including pre-trade and post-trade processing. Our systems enable our clients to process securities transactions in more than 50 countries.
ASP Monitoring:
BIMS Production Clients (Hedge Fund Clients, Portfolio Managers, Fund admins) schedule the EOD, Trade Link Files, Reconciliation, Pricing Jobs in the Operations Manager console. The team would be responsible to check for the successfully completion of the Jobs and report the exceptions using Sales Force Application. The team may have to take certain actions to resolve the Failures.
User Administration:
BIMS Production Clients (Hedge Fund Clients, Portfolio Managers, Fund admins) would reach out to Broadridge Client Services requesting for the new Application Login IDs, reset the Application Passwords, Inquiring about the RSA issues, Login Issues etc. The Monitoring Team would be responsible to take up the User Admin Tasks, connect with Client Services or Infra Team to correct the client issues/requests. The team must get into the Meetings/Calls with the End Clients for the Issue Resolution.
Services Monitoring:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the BIMS Application ASP Alerts using Operations Manager console. Report the Alerts to BIMS L1 Team
- Service Down Alerts - Resolve the Service Down Alerts having the 15 - minute SLA
- User Admin Tasks - Under the User Admin Tasks, the Team is responsible to support BIMS User ID creations, support RSA console Issues
Eligibility:
- 5 Years of SME Knowledge in Monitoring Support Services
- Excellent Client Communication skills as the role includes interacting with Global Clients, resolving the cases/addressing the client’s functional queries over the calls/scheduled Meetings
- Willingness to work in USA/EMEA/APAC Hours including Weekends. BIMS team works for Global Hedge Fund clients, Fund Administrators and Portfolio Managers
- Must have strong communication skills
