- Having basic skill in SQL Query, Stored Procedure and Functions.
- Have knowledge on SDLC, Changes or Project Tracking Tools
- Have knowledge on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or Customer & Employee Experience
- Experience working in Financial, Banking or Insurance Industry will be point plus
- Ready hybrid or WFO.
- Analysis of business process, responsible in bridging the needs of the business and the system to be developed.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Making Wireframe, Mock Up, BRD & FSD
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem solving.
