Responsible to Exim depart & Purchasing
Negotiating,dealing a good price deal transporter
Controlling and monitoring in-out CPO lodged in the bulking tank for production plant
Arranging all the document due to the purchasing contract,Delivery order and claim if any
Handling export document BL,COO,Invoice,Packing List and Proforma
Arraging trucking and shipping operational and assuring goods delivered
Handling local document. handling levy and export duty. Arraging Payment
Input data cargo receive and position stock. Monitoring quality stock daily report.
Arraging shipping schedule and assuring good delivered. handling insurance marine cargo
Controlling shipping schedule track operation for good delivered time
Handling and arrange surveyor nominated. handling and arrange niminated due for PPJK
Monitoring Insurance stock and facilities period. Investigated quality and quantity Loss
Not in College. Able to work under pressure able to speak english
