Processing and separation of animal internal organs.

Cut and separate meat, fat, and tissue from around bones.

Cut sides and quarters of meat into standard meat cuts prepare them for packing and marketing.

Scrape, and trims foreign material and blood clots from meat

Operate restrainer equipment and air-knife (trimming)
