Sales Engineer

**Your tasks**:
- Maintains responsibility for sales results (Order Intake) in ADT Market Segment. Assures revenue growth through achieve sales target (Order Intake) result, winning expanded business and ensuring customer voice is represented back to R&S Indonesia.
- Represents the entire Test and Measurement product and solutions portfolio, with total perspective, builds crucial customer relationships, and acts as a trusted consultant/advisor to the customer to support mission readiness needs of our ADT customer. - Leads assigned sales and campaign activities by contributing to the development of strategies and tactics with mínimal guidance.
- Assists in the interface with the customer and internal resources to keep both apprised of key issues and concerns. Requires customer engagement and travel.
- Assists in the development of customer solutions by performing analysis of customer needs and available resources. Evaluates alternatives and makes recommendations to the internal team leader and management.
- Formulates requirements for both products and knowledge into recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Assists in the preparation of management review materials.
- Assists in the maintenance and advancement of customer relationships by supporting customer meetings and preparation of presentation materials.
- Monitors proposal status to ensure timely responses. Reviews and contributes to the final draft materials.
- Maintains and reports metrics related to campaign/business development status.
- Researches, reviews and analyzes information about competitors' products and services to develop a detailed understanding of specific competitor activities and their impact on market positioning to improve our competitive position.
- Captures and documents specific campaign information related to customer business needs, culture, requirements, and economic and environmental influences by researching available resources, websites and publications.
- Networks with both internal team in RS Indonesia and external resources, when applicable.

**Your qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience minimum 5 years
- Networks or contact links with Government / Military would be highly preferred
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to articulate distinct aspects of products and services and to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions tailored to customers’ needs and expectations
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation and communication skills with sharp commercial skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Technical would be highly preferred
- Fluent in English for listening, presentation and communication is a must.- Reference Number:
