Baker Hughes has a new opportunity for Lead Reliability Engineer to join the team.

As a Lead Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities that are aimed at reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures.

As a Lead Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:

- Performing work in accordance with Baker Hughes policies and procedures.
- Work Closely with OIC SDTM, focal point for Service Delivery quality, ensure implementation of job cycle elements, support competency program, OIC region lead for Job Center, support region training efforts
- Identifying trends to prioritizing failure modes to investigating for corrective actions and analyze performance data and monitor performance.
- Being responsible to drive jo; tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention.
- Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion.
- Participating in the engineering design review process.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's in Engineering, all Science or Chemistry discipline
- Have at least 5 years experience in operations service delivery within the oil and gas industry, specially offshore
