Procurement Specialist

_**Requirement**:_
- Maximum 35 years old
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing or Procurement Management.
- Having excellent communication skill, negotiation skill and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Fluently in english (oral & written)

- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Cordinate with other department (Warehouse and Operational Team) to Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
