**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
Ensure smooth operations of the section appointed in the F&B outlet and customer satisfaction, mainly responsible for:
- Focus in planning and maximizing seating capacity with proper seating plan.
- Monitors the workflow of the restaurant and seats guests accordingly
- Ensure updating reservations and VIP’s on daily basis.
- To relay any customer complaints to supervisor.
- Responsible for simple administration duties as assigned by superior.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.
Fresh graduates from a reputable Hotel Academy with outstanding internship or casual experiences are welcome to apply.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with attractive personality.
Knowledgeable in F&B reservation system and computer literacy.
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required.
