6. Have excellent ability in preparing consolidated Financial Statements

7. Have a good knowledge in auditing of Public Listed Companies Financial Statements

8. Have a good understanding of the applicable Financial Accounting Standards

9. Have a good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill

10. Able to speak English, both spoken and written will be an advantage;
11. Able to work in multi-tasking and challenging environment

12. Should be detail oriented, energetic, and able to work under minimum supervision;
13. Willing to travel for out-of-town engagements.
