- Experienced/ qualified to at Building Services Engineer or equivalent, with Site Experience.
- Understand about structure and architecture.
- Strong client facing/ interpersonal skills.
- Flexible in approach and be able to work across a number of projects at one time.
- Excellent communication skills in written and _**spoken English.**_
- Computer literate and familiar with Report Writing and **AUTOCAD**, **SketchUp** etc
- Ability and commitment to effectively deliver to demanding timescales.
- An understanding of conditions of contract.
- Able to work under own initiative.
- Have a good understanding of Site Health and Safety & Procedures
- Resilience, determination and the ability to work well under pressure

Pay: From Rp4,000,000 -6,000,000 per month
