Job Description:

- Follow-up requests for PO
- Inputting PO into the system
- Coordinate stock availability and needs
- Checking the completeness and providing travel documents (POD) to the finance team
- Responsible for checking sales data
- Ensure customer-requested with product stock
- Checking the suitability of PO data entered in system
- Input SKU on the system

Qualification:

- Minimum Diploma any major (would be prefer Administration, Finance, and Accounting)
- Proficient using Ms. Excel, spreadsheet, and google form
- Detail-oriented
- Have a minimum 1 years experience as an Admin

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
