**Qualification**:

- Bachelor degree is required. Preferably in quality, industrial, or wood engineering or related field.
- At least >3 years relevant working experience as a furniture engineer or furniture production manager in an international company. Product development experience is a must.
- Familiar with product development process and technical product documents.
- Strong knowledge in furniture construction.
- Manage and perform solving problem for each process obstacle (ex : programming CNC machine).
- Must know Auto-CAD, Solidworks, Autodesk inventor.
- Familiar with the production process of furniture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English is a plus
