**Responsibilities**
- Lead the maintenance team in planning, implementing, and monitoring maintenance activities for production machines and office facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the availability of production equipment.
- Identify and evaluate equipment problems and formulate effective solutions.
- Handle emergency repairs and periodic maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the maintenance department budget and report progress to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,982 - Rp8,832,670 per month

**Experience**:
