**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Oversee Purchasing Processes:

- Monitor Third-Party Agreements
- Submit vendor requests to management as needed.
- Employee Contract Management:

- Supervise Business Travel and Operational Facilities:

- Fulfill Expo Needs
- Monitor monthly progress.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members.
- Discuss field issues with HR Manager and relevant users.
- Manage Employee Purchases and Gift Claims
- Weekly coordination of payment orders with finance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in GA and Purchasing roles, preferably in retail.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and purchasing software (e.g., Odoo).
- Familiarity with retail industry operations is a plus.
- Willing to work in **Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.**
