Job Overview:
We are on a hunt for a Socialcommerce Analyst for TikTok who focuses on leveraging the platform to drive e-commerce sales and enhance TORCH's brand presence. This role involves analyzing data, understanding market trends, and optimizing social commerce strategies.

Job Role:

- Analyze socialcommerce performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Develop and optimize content strategies to boost sales on socialcommerce.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and shoppable content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the socialcommerce space.
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark performance.
- Plan and execute socialcommerce campaigns on TikTok.
- Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align socialcommerce strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and socialcommerce activities and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Continuously optimize socialcommerce strategies based on data insights and feedback.
- Experiment with different content formats and engagement tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field from a reputable university, with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in social media marketing or data analytics are a plus.
- Min. 2 years of experience in data analytics or social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok (familiarity with TikTok’s algorithm and trends).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Ability to develop creative content strategies that drive engagement and sales.
- Understanding of TikTok’s content formats and audience preferences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Flexibility to adjust to the fast-paced nature of social media platforms.
