As a part of ICG (Insurance Consulting Group) team in Indonesia, the colleague will have dual responsibilities of driving ICG Client Relationship in Indonesia, and working closely with Regional Consulting team to execute and manage consulting assignments across Asia.
**We will count on you to**:
- Drive strong relationship with ICG clients by building an engagement plan that involves regular client communication, insights delivery, and stakeholder management
- Creating and presenting regular ICG reports with impactful insights on insurer portfolio, forward looking plans, progress on committed service levels, and updates on agreed action items
- Work closely with ICG Regional Consulting Team to prospect, execute and project manage consulting assignments across Asia region
- Support consulting team in building robust pipeline of opportunities and targets, and creating marketing material and pitch decks to engage with prospective clients
- Act as project manager for Insurer partnerships by creating strong communication channels, implementing action items, coordinating internal data collection, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to timeline and services levels, and upholding the quality of client deliverable
- Stay updated on recent trends and opportunities in insurance market, to develop new offering around product development and market expansion for ICG clients
- Take guidance from Regional ICG team to implement standard protocols, share updates on relationship, timely addresses escalated issues, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and further analysis request from Marsh and ICG clients
- Collaborate with Placement and Business Leaders in Marsh Indonesia to communicate carrier appetite, facilitate engagement on pipeline, and gather regular feedback on ICG clients
- Communicate regularly with Insurer Executive Sponsors and Marsh Leadership to keep them appraised on the relationship themes and potential issues at all times
- Draft and maintain a comprehensive record of project documents, including contracts and data analysis deliverables shared with clients
- Annual budgeting and work with Finance to ensure monthly Forecast properly reflects expected revenues both from a value and timing basis; Be responsible for negotiation and implementation of local Insurer Consulting Agreements (ICA)
- Upholds business and compliance standards when representing the firm, and protects the firm from Errors & Omissions.
**What you need to have**:
- Minimum Bachelor degree of any major, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry or consulting domain
- Prior experience in relationship management, project management, and driving business initiatives
- Must have strong knowledge of insurance fundamentals and an understanding of common business strategy frameworks
- Prior experience in developing and implementing revenue maximisation strategies and a knack of identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Must poses expert level articulation skills that help build deeper engagement with senior stakeholder
- Highly self-motivated individual who is able to determine priorities, and work in a cross-country team or as an individual contributor
