Uiux Researcher

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing or usability testing
- Be involved in sketching, prototyping and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team
- Understand qualitative research methods
- Have an awareness of costs and budgets
- Put users at the centre of a design to make it simple, easy to use and good looking
- Be confident in your presentation skills in order to present the stages of the design development to business users
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including web developers and programmers
- Have technical knowledge to be able to explain what needs doing, to programmers
- Ensure websites comply with the law and equal opportunities policies.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years Experience as UX Research or Similar role
- Have a good understanding and experience, of how to design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research approaches, for discovery and evaluating the purpose
- Ability to understand user needs, behaviour, experience, and user motivation through the various research methods
- Ability to build the criteria, requirements, and needs (product, requirements) so the product can create the expected user experience journey
- Ability to design, plan, and carry out usability testing with end-users to test hypotheses of the design, features, and workflow of a product.
- Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time management skill
- Great Interpersonal and communication skills
- Soft skills: Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication
- Tools Familiarity: Lookback, UXTesting, OptimalSort, Maze, Treejack, etc.
- Portofolio is Mandatory

**Salary**: From Rp7,000,000 per month
