**Job Overview**:
The Concierge Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling the needs of our guests. This role involves offering information, assistance, and personalized recommendations to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring each guest's stay is comfortable and memorable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Assistance**:

- Welcome guests warmly and provide a courteous introduction upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- **Local Information & Recommendations**:

- Offer detailed information on local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.
- Arrange reservations for restaurants, tours, events, and other activities as requested by guests.
- **Transportation Coordination**:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation services, including taxis, shuttles, and car rentals.
- Provide accurate directions and travel information to help guests navigate the local area.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Maintain effective communication with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, front desk) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Log guest requests and feedback accurately for continuous service improvement.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage guest reservations and maintain updated records of guest preferences.
- Handle administrative duties related to guest services as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the operational needs.
- Frequent interaction with guests, requiring a professional appearance and attitude.
