**What's the Role?**:
We’re looking for vibrant, creative and persistent Key Project Manager to join our Energy & Industry team. This position will be responsible in covering, developing, and organizing 4-5 E&I key project in Surabaya area and report directly to ASM E&I.

**What does the role involve?**:
- Coordinate effort of entire team associated with Key Projects on converting obtained project specifications into sales.
- Hold key job site meetings to ensure focus is maintained and to track progress of team efforts on key projects
- Track sales and action plan progress with the assistance of the Regional Manager and Account Managers
- Establish and maintain high level contacts with buying and non-buying customers on key projects

- Holding min Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering
- Minimum 18 months in current role within Hilti as of January 2021 with proven track record of Account Development experience with the ability to manage senior level at customer’s organization, strong customer understanding, crafting direction in Account Development Planning & Execution.
- Proven track record of project penetration in maximizing our Share of Wallet in the relevant trade that he /she manages through collaboration with other departments
- Able to define and implement long term business strategy
- Experience in working with large customer accounts and be able to penetrate at various level of the organization
- Knowledge on construction methods, practices required and local building codes, as they relate to Hilti products
- Strong proficiency in English, both speaking and writing
