To assist our PPIC in Jogjakarta, Central Java, PT Above And Beyond is currently looking for a PPIC Admin to help with administrative matters of Production Planning and Inventory Control activities to ensure that production targets are met.

The PPIC team will coordinate production workflow for manufacturing request to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum delay. The PPIC team needs to ensures that every step of the process (planning, inventory control, production progress, logistic) is functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities.

The PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Admin position plays a vital role in providing support to ensure the smooth functioning of production planning and inventory control activities.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Data Entry and Documentation**:

- Input data into relevant systems, such as Microsoft Excel and ERP software, to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of various production-related documents.

**Communication**:

- Facilitate communication between the PPIC and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle routine correspondence and inquiries related to production planning and inventory.

**Report Generation**:

- Generate routine reports based on production and inventory data.
- Compile and present data in a clear and organized format for review.

**Order Processing**:

- Support order processing activities, including order entry and verification.
- Collaborate with the PPIC to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in coordinating resources for production, such as manpower and materials.

**Inventory Control Support**:

- Aid in monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Assist in implementing inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in maintaining and organizing production-related documents.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Provide general administrative support to the PPIC as needed.
- Assist in organizing and managing files, schedules, and other administrative tasks.

**Job Requirements**

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics, Business Administration, or other relevant field.

2. Age 20-30.

3. At least min 2 year(s) of working experience as PPIC Admin in manufacturing industry, preferably in the furniture industry but not essential.

4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.

5. Good understanding in production process.

6. Must be well-organized, detail oriented, and have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

7. Master Microsoft Excel, knowledge in ERP system.

**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month
