Tr/lease Staff

**Job Descriptions**:

- Build and maintain good relationship with customers and other party.
- Carry out service activities for the needs & complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can run well & effectively.
- Handle handover activities for new tenants & tenants who have expired.
- Responsible for kiosk control.
- Carry out marketing activities & responsible for the commercial area, including rental of common areas & promotional media as income for the company.
- Monitor and watch installment payment from exisiting tenants.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Any Major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Lease Staff.
- Good communication skills & English speaking are preferred.
- Able to work in a team & actively provide ideas to improve team performance.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
