The Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team and Finance Department to perform and/or support all activities to meet sales revenue targets and business goals on a quarterly basis.

**This role will focus on**:

- Examine all sales order documents to ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Process all orders according to the current standardized procedures using ERP (E1/JDE system) from PO receipt to Revenue Recognition, including but not limited to coordinating shipments, customs import/export and physical deliveries for machines, options, and licenses.
- Generate and analyze standard reports on a regular basis to account for and measure open orders, deliveries, backlog, and sales forecasts to meet customer and company due dates and deadlines cost effectively.
- Resolve open items and escalate issues quickly to keep things aligned and on schedule.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
**Experience**:

- 1 - 3 years general administration or accounting background with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Resourceful problem solver and a Team player.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, with good time management skills.

Computer Skills:

- Intermediate to high proficiency level with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

This position is to be placed in PT. Spirax-Sarco Indonesia office (Watson-Marlow Division).
