Job Description:
1. Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
3. Develop and update menus in collaboration with management, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
4. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards
5. Monitor stock levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies
Requirement:
1. Minimal Diploma Degree in Culinary Arts or Professional Chef Certification
2. In depth knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. Will be placed at BSD and Gading Serpong
