Inventory Auditor

Requirements
- Male, max 27 years old
- Must have bachelor degree in accounting
- Min. 1 year working experience as inventory audit in a fast moving retail environment
- Proficient with microsoft office
- Proficient with accurate system
- Ability to work in various work environments, such as offices, stores, and warehouses

Job responsibilities
- Verify and ensure that the equipment and quantities delivered or returned are correct (physical against documentation)
- Analyze & take action to prevent manual adjustments with shrink impact
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of the count
- Ensure stock count procedures are communicated and respected by the stores and warehouses
- Accurately record not only the physical count but also the physical state of inventory locations
- Coordinate the count progress and ensure results are posted in the financial books
- Provide on a weekly basis reports on the shrink results
- In analyzing, understanding & explaining shrinkage results in case of systems issues, internal theft
- Has the responsibility to analyze the deviations on the process that may be identified
- Perform “2nd count” audits against other teams within Inventory Control
- Perform any other activity that may be required by the immediate Manager
