Job Requirement
- MALE
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Proven ability in manage team production operation also troubleshooting minor machine
- Perform Breakdown analysis, production planning, and also cost
- Knowledge about lean manufacture, such as 5S
- Understanding of HACPP, ISO, FSMS, and Halal Assurance System
- Proven experience on target achievement, based on quality and quantitative standard
- Experience in Continual Improvement tools and methodology such as Lean Manufacture, Six -Sigma tools, 5S Culture, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis Manufacturing, and other methodology.
- Excellent in Ms. Office
- Strong analytical with good judgment and a sense of urgency
- Management and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellence communication, interpersonal skill, fast response and self discipline.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang.

**Job Description**:

- Plan, organize, direct and carry out optimal day-to-day operations.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective production results that meet order requests, specifications, quality, and planning targets through coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes.
- Prepare annual production budget, monitor progress, and determine actions for required cost issues.
- Maintain compliance with environmental and quality regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results.
- Increase production capacity and flexibility while maximizing efficiency and maintaining current quality standards
- Controlling operations and budgets that have been made by the management plan
- Check program achievements and provide input to Management on problems that arise and what corrective actions are needed both (technology, tools, human resources, operations, etc.)
