- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and enhance the backend infrastructure of our IT SaaS products.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Golang that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end developers, QA, product management) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
- Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks, providing input on technical feasibility and potential risks.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to backend development in Golang.
- Continuously improve your technical skills and share knowledge within the team.
- Contribute to the documentation of the system architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.
- Follow agile development practices, participating in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of backend development concepts, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in Golang as the primary programming language.
- Technical skills and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools.
- Familiarity with databases (relational and/or NoSQL) and experience in writing efficient database queries.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
