As part of a small fast-paced marketing team, you will support the marketing function producing a wide range of visually appealing digital and print assets to support our global offices and sales team.

You will also assist with end-to-end creative development of a variety of print and digital assets to specification, including but not limited to: EDM, social and digital collateral, large format graphics, advertising materials, and product photography.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

You will support the Marketing team with your Web development and Graphic design skills, also you will take ownership of your projects while showing initiative and professionalism in your work.

You will:

- Manage the design, development, testing and updating of company web assets
- Ensure consistency of all sales and promotional literature across the global organization, including ongoing review and advice on branding elements and adherence to the corporate style guide
- Produce print-ready artwork for offset print, digital print and press adverts
- Manage the flow of work and appropriate graphics resources to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Deliver professional inter-personal communication and positive working relationships with staff

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**

**WHAT YOU WILL HAVE**

**Essential**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital design role.
- Understanding and ability to write efficient code in web languages including (but not limited to): HTML, CSS, SASS / LESS, and JavaScript (jQuery).
- Experience with responsive design and compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign and Illustrator
- Willingness to step up, investigate, take ownership and recommend ideas.
- Good time management skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- High level of attention to detail for quality assurance across all channels.
- Good written communications skills

**Desirable**
- Premiere & After Effects and/or video editing skills
- Working knowledge of photography, exposure, video & lighting techniques
- Design style experience, including creative design solutions within provided project guidelines
